The breakfast was excellent, especially the waffle maker. The hot water was adequately hot. The bedding was fresh and clean. The microwave and refrigerator were nice amenities.

The registration staff was quick and respectful; very kind. The room was, thankfully, on the ground floor and there were not a lot of children running around in the room above us. Convenience store was right next door.

It is the closest chain hotel to the Cross X Border Express. I had to drop off family late at night by myself. I was able to stay the night and drive 21/2 hours home the next day. I had a ground floor room and it was very easy to access. I felt safe. The blackout shades were much appreciated. Coffee in the room and free breakfast made it an even better value. I will use them again when I pick up my family when they return.

We were very impressed with the customer service provided by Kenny at the front desk. He was so professional, we actually thought he was the Manager. Kenny was able to accommodate us a different room as it was noisy where we were. The room change was seamless and quite painless and we appreciate him more than you know. I suffer with long COVID-19 and depend on my sleep to feel well, thanks to Kenny, I got my sleep in our new comfy room.

Was given a warm welcome, and the room was easy to navigate to. Kind, friendly staff, no issue at check-in, and the return deposit was same day for me. Pool easily accessible and breakfast was awesome. A convenient store is literally walking distance. Rate this hotel 9/10👌

I was expecting a continental breakfast, but was surprised to see scrambled eggs, sausages, bagels, cereal, fruit and chorizo & eggs and Chilaquiles!

Great location near the amphitheater. the hotel was clean, felt safe, and the staff was super friendly.

Clean, comfortable, has coffee. Huge plus that common area has laundry, works by the app or coins. There is breakfast included- delicious(eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal), fresh, simple and great. Printer and 2 computers available. WiFi. Bathroom has shampoo conditioner soap, iron board, fan, iron(that was burned by someone, but was usable). Great staff. I would stay here again, as it was clean.
